2 Tbs more non dairy milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
To make the caramel syrup, use a small saucepan, combine and melt butter, 1/2 cup milk, sugar, over medium heat bring to a boil, allow to boil for about 4 minutes then reduce heat and add vanilla and last 2 Tbs milk and stir/whisk constantly for 5-6 minutes. Allow to cool for a second or two, serve thick syrup. Store leftover syrup in an airtight container, will keep for a month.
