A diet of positive attitude food. To be positive more often, you have to literally stop feeding your mind negative things. Ask yourself is this thought negative or positive or negative? What do negative thoughts look like? Here’s a small hint of what the negative thoughts look like, they start with can’t rather than can, no as opposed to yes, will and not and also won’t.


Many of the sacred books, which are some of the greatest self help books ever written, speak about reframing your the thoughts you hold to transform your life and opportunity along with your prosperity attraction. The books of our elders often guided us to take every thought into quarantine that isn’t positive. They taught this so that we may focus more of what comes through our minds energetically.


Maybe you are someone who can be positive more often for sure. We all can. The issue in our society that has come to pass, is that folks regularly allow negative thoughts to take them captive. They get stuck , yes several people have begun to let their thoughts actually control them.



-How is it going for you to think more positively than before?

So you’ve made the change to be more positive. How do you know you’re not just fooling yourself-saying one thing then doing something else when no one’s looking. If you want to know your progress, just ask the people who are closest to you. Don’t ask a negative nancy or a negative freddy either, you’ll only nourish the old negative seeds in you that you are not wanting to water any longer. The negative or adverse ones influences gotta go. Ask someone who is at least neutral on the matter.


  1. Instead, you can ask your spouse or another person in your life who really knows you about your usual mindset.
  2. Ask them casually how would they would rate your attitude on a scale from 1 to 10.
  3. 10 being super positive thinking and 1 super negative thinking.
  4. Ask this person to be totally honest with you.
  5. You will benefit from their honesty even if it causes you to experience a little tension to hear their answer.
  6. Ask this person what it is that you specifically say that they perceive as negative.
  7. Write down what they say and look at the actual words. At some point, go off to yourself.
  8. Now is the time to be honest with yourself.



How Are You doing So far from 1-10?


Ok, so maybe these words are spot on for you that the other people shared with you about your mindset. Look over the words carefully. Don’t judge the other person for doing this with you. Even if the words the other person shares, happens to be the truth…


Don’t fuss at yourself for feeling this way, these words are a reflection of what you were actually feeling at some time. They mean nothing else. Most likely the thoughts shared about your level of positivity are merely some thoughts you had passing through about yourself which aren’t even true or maybe not even real.


The thoughts maybe wrong about other people too. These words don’t have to be who you are. You can rate yourself too. You can even ask your Spirit guides to step in- to rate you and to offer their words of insight.



As you sit down to review the words that you find yourself saying regularly from the other person.


Ok, so what if the words that come up are an actual blowed up snapshot of how you function only in words

Fear not, even then you’ve still got options.

Don’t be hard on yourself for a single moment.

I’ve been there too. But if the words which came up are a clear definition of how you are and live. Then, the great thing is that you can change. It is as simple as making a choice to do so. You must decide to replace the thoughts of negativity with thoughts of positivity. Decide what words you will change.Embrace the positive words on the paper to instead of what used to be in the past.


Keep on Reminding Yourself of Who you are and Who you want to be


The entire world is in need of healing from something.

The old way is the old way. It’s a thing of the past.

What you choose today matters most!

So who are you? The positive thinking one???

If so, record the words you want to say for now on, replacing the old way you used to be.

Keep a voice record in your audio recorder or in a handwritten journal of your new way of being.



What will your positive words be?


  1. Use stickies for this one.
  2. Place positive words on them then place them everywhere around your house that you desire.
  3. Write on the stickies each word you know you need to say for more positivity in your life.
  4. Repeat! Once you have done this, make an effort to insert these new positive thoughts into your mind. You will begin to notice a positive change taking place in your life. Repeat the words in the morning, evening and at night!


Your family, friends and co-workers will all notice it as well. They may not know what is different about you. But they will know that you are not the same person that you were. Your energy will gradually change to the way you desire. After all you’re the co designer anyway.

The negative will attempt to stay


Make its stay short as as a mutha… Say bye. Don’t look back. Dwell not on the out of balance energy. It must pass with no energy being given to it. It’s ok to review the nonsense that must go…

…The items which are perpetuating the negativity in your life could very well be the news, other peoples problems and issues which don’t even belong to you. It could be some Instagram memes, movies. Maybe its constantly replaying tragedy in your mind and the list could go on… These things should be eliminated if you want your new mental health regimen to be a success.


There are people who are not sensitive who can watch negative stuff and positive and they now how to find their own balance quickly! For you are a bit more advanced because you are using your will. That’s the way to go. Make you choice. We all know what to do in our hearts really. We came to  the planet with a blueprint. Now to just uncover the next steps for yourself.


Keep Letting go of the negative!

You know yourself better than anyone. If you know that you aren’t able to bounce back fast when you are around too much negative energy- then shift it. For instance, the news on regular TV can be quite negative and does not help someone who is wanting to rid their mind of dirty thoughts. No I meant negative thoughts. In my opinion, there’s nothing wrong with having some dirty thoughts of your lover. OK honey… but you know this already!



The Human body is Electric

You will often feel what you watch, think and entertain.

So, when you are feeding yourself images and scenes of death from a war movie or gunshot sounds or a car accident visually the outcome can be touchy for some. Yes, I do feel there is a time to grieve over the death of a loved one. However, if a person constantly replays a an unsettling event in their minds that can lead to depression. Just for example, it’s not always easy to let our precious ones go once they have passed on to the other side.

In truth, once a person passes on on earth, the person who has passed away is not coming back. One day, that chapter in our lives must be closed in order to move on to the next life chapter. We all know this can be a difficult task which can only be done by making a decision to proceed with our own life, no matter how tough moving on may be. The way to move forward in this situation and others is to tune into your positive resources.



You can do it

You can and will have a positive attitude, if you simply take the steps outlined above. You do not have to be what you were in the past. Even if you loved who you were in the past you can progress to get better if you want. You can be different in the future. In the now. The choice is yours. If wanted, you will make a positive decision for you to transform your mindset to be more positive..
