Here is a series of channeled messages from my spirit guides, This is also where Naturally High Life got its principals and teachings from.

Our world is a microcosm of illustriousness. Freedom is the way of a Naturally High Life. Love, Unity, Peace, and Wellbeing our the gates to the achievement of a balanced healthy life.

There is a standard for what an equilibrated earthly life truly is as well. Although there are solid principles that one can use to form his or her basis, still a balanced life depends on the perceiver of their experience.

As consciousness itself in human bodies, we can view the world as we so choose to within.

As one perceives it is said that they are creating reality (literally in the now) as they speak, think and take action. In truth, the world is on one vibration if you take away all the books, personal and shared whole wide conditionings.

The writings found here are teachings from my understanding of what we are plus what we come to do. I respect each being in fullness as they have a path all their own. We were incarnated to the planet to enjoy and experience earthly life as a divine being in a human body.

One of the most profound awakenings happens once one separates him/ herself from the physical form to see the duality that is always present.

  • A powerful realization that comes around, again and again, is that when we change our vibes to whatever we want it to be that we can change the game around us…
  • When things don’t seem to be clicking the way you would like them to. Take a moment to look at the situation from a standpoint of what can you do to raise the energy within you and you don’t have to tell anyone what you’re about to do.
  • Keep it on the hush then move the vibrations up up… Just smooth, easy, steady with intent. Your action though its an invisible, stealth mode kinda influence. Ahh, it’s so cool that each time you just do this in your life it will affect your environment in a big way. It always does.
  • That’s a quick preview of the power that we all have to create. Change truly really it is so mystical but it also becomes quite efficient on everything when transformation or change are ignited from the inside…
  • Claim your parking spaces or seats or even affirm to move into a good place with you, your family and friends. You can’t miss.. You’re a winner always but a creator for sure which is always winning if you want to anyway… Respect!~ Sereda
  • Feeling good within you is the ultimate way to attract everything you desire! Trust and know this. ~ Sereda
  • Care more about yourself today than what others perceive or think of you. There is no way you will ever live up to other people’s judgments of you. You are far more than they could ever know until they learn who they are, they don’t really have any ounce of knowing your greatness at all.
  • There is a oneness that is breathing at all times and you and others are a wonderful part of that. Your power is unmatched because it is ALL that is! There is no one to be more like, no better way for you to come than better than the last time you witnessed something you didn’t care for in yourself.
  • Today in the midst of letting go of the worlds burden of being who they want you to be (because they are striving for finding out how to live their lives better by attempting to live their experience through you) be relaxed and calm as you let go of the weight others feel about you but also let go of how you feel about yourself (especially if those thoughts you think of yourself are devoid of any uplift meant for you) The truth is that a good if starts and it ends with only You.

A brilliant life experience comes automatically when you feel blessed love for who you are; no matter where you are at this very moment. No one matters but you because we are responsible for our own life paths… So make peace within you and the light you look for people who surround you to take notice of, then validate with their compliments or discontented thoughts which they may have spoken out loud to you at times. Beyond their thoughts of you is the reality that you are in truth who you Think you are but not really.

Who you think you have become, could be your major concern in your life since you may possibly think that you are physically limited to that which you see. There is so much more of you. You are an extension of the universe at all times. You have the power of the universe to expand beyond any human perception, go forth and be whomever you know in your heart that you are desiring to be.
You could never choose wrong for you came to earth to experience life as a being with free will. There is no way to mistake that exercising of the law of free will. If you feel a need for clarity remember that all is you at all times or that your answers are all inside you.
They are in you, just ask of the all in all then an answer will always come if you will only tune into yourself and listen to the voice or signs from within a bit.
There are no accidents here. We have come to transform. We have come back to be reminded of who we are in a myriad of ways and through unlimited experiences and various expressions.
This life should be fun for you. If it is not then change it. Rely on yourself to feel good. And above all else know that by loving yourself that you will indeed bring abundant love and restore peace upon our planet. You are amazing. Live your dreams.

  • You’re in so deep you fail to see that the fight that you yell and parade through the streets isn’t about that thing at all… it’s about how you perceived that thing…move on…be strong…
  • reprogram your mind to see whatever it is as a stepping stone, challenge or even a classroom that you are soon to grow or graduate from… we’ve gotta stop being stuck…breathe deep then move that energy into growth and development of our higher selves using our positive thoughts…we’ll eventually have to move on..press strong..then look at what we truly are as a divine being…

  • we’ve gotta check how we should act and do out here…and to see growth plus any level of change on this planet depends on us… Ascension has no color…we aren’t colors we are consciousness… these are shells…don’t be fooled by what you see…and yes I know we’ve all been hurt…but let’s help one another heal on the deepest levels… we haven’t done enough of that yet…
