Choose Meditation to Heal Your Shadow By Calming Your Body & Mind

Shadow work is a type of inner work that can help us to become more aware of our positive plus negative patterns, thoughts, and emotions. Shadow work with meditation is a way to change your thought focus along with your emotional responses to check to see if they are serving you positively or not. Then you can do something about it to change your reality along with the results you’re currently getting.

To begin we’ll look at the conscious mind. Now, this sector of the mind is the part of your brain that you are already familiar with or aware of. It’s the part that you use to make decisions, plan your day, or use your willpower to get things done or remember things.

The subconscious mind is the part of your brain where all of your memories are stored. It’s also the part that controls how you feel and how your body reacts to things.

In addition to that, the subconscious mind is the part of our brain that we do not have direct control over. Unless we know the hidden way, it is the part of us that makes decisions and does work without us even realizing it.

The conscious mind, however, is the part of our brain that we can consciously think about and use to make decisions.

This is where the shadow is crucial to be aware of. Doing shadow work is a way to explore and understand your subconscious mind so that you can reprogram it to be more in line with what you want.

Another necessary element of restoring the shadow self is to bring in your self-love. Repeatedly, self-love keeps coming up as a key component in shadow work because if you don’t love yourself, how can you expect anyone else to?

Deep in the recesses of the mind, your subconscious is there, which supports all bodily daily functions with ease. The conscious and subconscious minds ideally work together..This region of the brain is the area where the psyche resides and holds hidden messages that when explored one can discover life’s answers.

Using learning techniques you can extract from this area of the mind and have it assist you with discovering messages from your past that you can use to put the pieces of the puzzle together that will remind you to feel deserving as a unique whole person who deserves to be on earth. Some of the popular techniques that can assist you with exploring the subconscious mind happen to be meditation.

Meditation is quite direct on how you do it. Still, one must learn these useful techniques by practicing. Practice will push your mind and body so that it can adapt to changes that will occur during the subliminal learning process. If your body and mind resist some techniques then you will need to use some strategies and perhaps other techniques to adapt to meditation.

Some people find meditation difficult. However, there’s still a way to do it. Don’t give up. Because learning guided relaxation techniques can assist you with doing regular meditation. Practice is the key, since it will cause your mind and body to adapt to delving into more mindfulness, direction, clarity, joy, and peace.

Meditation practices are a process of breathing, letting go, being still, witnessing, and being in the middle of the waking and sleep state. Where you command the mind and body to relax. Upon the point of relaxation, one can delve into a deeper awareness with the support of their meditative state of mind.

Learning meditation by practicing will make it easier to probe into subliminal exploring. When you find it difficult to meditate, practice some guided body relaxation techniques first.

How does the process of effective meditation work?

To start, find a quiet area. Remove all distractions from your setting. Get into a relaxing position, sitting erect, upright, spine straight, neck relaxed, head focused at your center.

In a restful area, one that is safe for you to relax in, be sure to not operate heavy equipment. Slowly close your eyes once you have begun to relax. During the mediation process, you want to use visualization, deeper breathing, guided meditation, or just watch or witness the mental pictures in your mind pass through and if you like add in some positive self-talk.

Start the mediation process by feeling your feet, plus feel your toes. Use your images and awareness so that you can focus on your toes and the subtle adjustments and or reactions occurring within the body and the mind.

Continue to move up with your feeling and awareness over your entire body while focusing on each sensation your body expresses. Breathe into your body and its parts. Feel the sensations and let them go.

At one point, you will tense the body. Let it go and resume relaxing. Breathe in and out while you focus and relax. Let each breath come naturally. Continue to regulate your chest activity as you work through the breathing steps.

Continue to focus. Notice your thought patterns. When you notice, your thought patterns getting out of control, instead of repressing the thoughts, continue to encourage relaxation by breathing naturally while keeping your eyes closed. Let your thoughts pass.

See yourself being at peace when a challenging situation takes place in your life. Keep seeing the vision of how you want to react during situations that you feel are challenging to you.

You can visualize to your heart’s content or if you aren’t able to visualize on a dime then affirm with words your desired reality that you are already in at the moment. Feel gratefulness. You can go into a world that you would like to visit also.

For instance, visualize you standing on a lovely mountaintop, and off to the distance, you can visualize natural surroundings with pure waterfalls in the backdrop. a cruise, a flight to a place you want to go. Basically, you can go anywhere you would like with the aid of your mind.

Finally, be patient with your person. Focus while you feel the sensations of serenity, peace, joy, ease, flow, well-being, and bliss flow throughout your body. Visualize or just sit still breathing deep and steady until you feel at ease and then take several deep breaths.

Next, repeat thank you for 5 minutes while breathing deeper. Relax. Feel the peace. Enjoy. Repeat your subconscious reprogramming over and over through the days and weeks. Repetition is one of the main ways to work on your shadow self or subconscious with the support + practice of practicing regular meditation.
