How can some people lose weight by eating a so-called healthy diet with Carbs included? While others cannot?
MMm, we spoke about this online today. Here’s some of what I had to say…
Well hey, I feel you… what’s most interesting is that each of our bodies processes food differently.
Look up the Keto folks online and we have issues storing fat super fast. We need our fat to be more than the carbs we take in. Being Low carb is our whole life.. the fats are amazing. I’m reverse aging as we speak from also adding intermittent fasting too.
Last part is that We have been lied to. Most of the world is being poisoned by a poor self-image and an array of addictions. This is by no accident. Sugar keeps people hooked.. but balance is really the key. Once I took the Sugar down life is way improved. Sugar is not good for so many of us.
It’s a poison like everything else in the wrong amounts. Trust me whatever you read about Keto is real. I’m living proof. I’ve written all about it on my blog. If many of us can step back from too much sugar then life transforms!
