I’m in Atlanta GA sipping some of my favorite tea<\/span><\/h3>\n

Don’t judge me. I’m doing my daily Self Improvement routine<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

And guess what? The weather here is absolutely <\/span>gorgeous.<\/span><\/h3>\n

It’s very nice here. The temperature outside is like 60 but it’s<\/span><\/h3>\n

SUPER\u00a0SUNSHINY\u00a0YEAH!<\/span><\/h3>\n

I was outside earlier taking a walk with my<\/span><\/h3>\n

mothers dog a medium sized <\/span>chiwawa… I’m <\/span>long-winded today-<\/span><\/h3>\n

so let me tell you how I began thinking<\/span><\/h3>\n

All about the times several years before when I was really<\/span><\/h3>\n

Going through it.<\/span><\/h3>\n

All I want to say today is that you have issues, problems,<\/span><\/h3>\n

complains, misfortunes and everything else.<\/span><\/h3>\n

You want to snap your fingers and make everything fall<\/span><\/h3>\n

together. You want to get to your dreams.<\/span><\/h3>\n

You want to feel peaceful, good, great, amazing and just plain happy.<\/span><\/h3>\n

All I want you to do today is just take 1 minute, just one little<\/span><\/h3>\n

minute to smile. I want you to put a bit of energy behind the<\/span><\/h3>\n

smile too. And think about what your perfect picture of<\/span><\/h3>\n

Bliss would be if you were in it, doing it right now. Take a minute<\/span><\/h3>\n

and focus on just the visual.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Now focus on the visual with a smile on your face<\/span>…<\/h3>\n

How does that feel? It should feel invigorating.<\/span><\/h3>\n

See, that’s your power right there. So stop for a second<\/span><\/h3>\n

just for today. It’s important to start somewhere.<\/span><\/h3>\n

If you don’t obtain the Bliss in your life, where would you be?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Not happy, depressed, longing for joy, seeking relief from<\/span><\/h3>\n

your problems etc..<\/span><\/h3>\n

So today, take in your desired visual of Bliss Returned.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Smile and Know that where ever you are at this very moment,<\/span><\/h3>\n

you can make it.<\/span><\/h3>\n

(SAY <\/span>OUT LOUD) I have made it, I can make it, I will make it!<\/span><\/h3>\n
