Alright, I’m Here in the midst of all kinds of stuff. Life has picked up for me along with my family. There were many perceptions of stress at home at first. Before, yea Oh, the vibrations have been moving up, up and growing larger too.

It’s been rainy today. Quite cold out there in Colorado. Thankfully it’s warm here in my home. I need that. Thank you for that universe.


I hope you’re well over there. And that these lessons serve you. Over the next 7 Days we’ll get stress out and on the table to get on with living and life. I know many of you want to be happier. However, you can’t seem to figure out how to. Nor can you figure out why things are the way they are for you. The main thing you do know is that you want a resolution to your stress in life as soon as possible preferably.

If you Just turn on the daily news. You will find that it seems as if modern life has become a burden which too many people would like to rid themselves of at times. For too many years modern life has been a perceived strain on millions of Americans.  

It seems that stress is everywhere we go whether it be work, school, on the road and even at home.  For many people, it seems nearly impossible to get away from stress. It seems to be everywhere we turn. You may have concerns about why the law of attraction doesn’t seem to be working for you.

At this point, you can’t seem to pinpoint what the heck is really going on. You’re just over the seeming bouts of stress. And you’d like me to help you to do it. Sure!

Let’s go kick this messy stress out of here. So you can go on with life to Thrive! I’ll assure you there is a way. Get your paper or journal and a writing utensil. Meet me here each morning for the daily prompt for the day. We’ll do this for 7 Days. You’ll see change too-You’ll see.


If you’re here taking this 7  Day Challenge with me. You may not like where you are right now in life, at the moment, in your mindset, etc… However, there are folks that find stress can also be a motivator and an encourager for change.  

We’ll discover what’s driving this so-called stress in life in order to inspect it and also rewrite it. Just because it’s been said that Stress is a part of life. You don’t have to believe it. Also, it doesn’t mean its actually true or that this means that you must manage stress or run from it.

What if stress is not even natural to us as divine beings? How can we let it go of stress anyway? Where can we locate stress that’s said by some to not even be real?

Come explore with me. Yes, many of us have heard from holistic practitioners, teachers, life coaches and spiritualists that stress is not real. Do you often wonder if that means it takes a spiritual or even a psychic solution to clear it?

It’s been said that There are thousands of causes of stress. These so-called stressors can appear anywhere and everywhere we go.  Research readily suggests that there are numerous ways to reduce stress, but many people are unable to find what those ways are because life can be so seemingly stressful to them.  

I’m pretty optimistic something can work. However, if you find that one thing that works, and apply it! Then you can lead a fuller, more productive life. You will also be able to reflect on the progress you’re making by leaving all beliefs of perceived stress. Resulting in feeling open, more courageous, trusting in your intuition, ready for change and relaxed because of it.


If you’re living in western culture, here in the U.S. it’s been said that Stress can be found and experienced just about everywhere we go.  Think about it for yourself. Are you perceiving yourself to be stressed right now?

Or could it be other people around you?

How do you feel that holding onto seeming stress affects your quality of life?

According to many beliefs in the United States. You may have heard that stress is said to visit you all day every day. It can be at the mall, at work, school and even on vacation.  We may become stressed out at home from our marriages or personal relationships. For many folks, even their pets and kids may also appear to be sources of stress. Is it because you to seem stressed to yourself when you interact with them? Maybe that’s it?!

Why is this interesting phenomenon happening? How can you change your fate as early as this week with moments of seeming stress? I have been doing tarot readings for a long while. I have received guidance straight from spirit on how one can shift their life swiftly uphill by ridding themselves of various belief patterns which could be holding them back.

I love living on the positive side of life as much as possible. I know everyone is a divine being who is also in the process of waking up to who they are. I know one day everyone will figure out how to stop stressing and live their life! This is my desire.

Because of that, I put together this course because the book I wrote had some topics in it that I desire to expand upon. With your permission, I’d like to talk to you from an elevated state of channeling my higher self. We’re going back to the beginning on this stress topic though. Even though we’ve discussed this, we’ll get this issue out of your life if you do work this program.

Sure, we all may feel ready for much more information on leaving stress in the dust for once and for all! What if it won’t take as long as we thought it would?

Anyway, We can start everyone at the advanced stages of teachings. However, we can never see one another grow this way. Why cheat ourselves? If we don’t make sure everyone grows to the same level of overstanding at some point then.

That’s why we’re headed back to the basics. I forgot to mention as well that I get to rewrite this book at the same time. I’m able to share it with you. Newly updated too. Spirit knows I need to rewrite this book too. Then after I got over feeling challenged about the situation with the book I felt ready to help others who may be going through this.  This updated online course allows me to do just that.

Essentially we can have one online webinar to talk about manifesting your dreams and all that jazz. That way we can get everyone learning at the same stage here at Naturallyhighlife.com. However, it’s been brought to my attention repeatedly that we are not all on the same level of overstanding in life.

Instead, think about how we are all essentially in our own reality bubble of lessons and learning. For this reason, I want to take you on a journey. A journey from hiding out inside the Shadow to moving out of conscious living instead!

Come explore where you really want to be in life.

Ponder how life would be different if you just change your stressful life to a life of Ease.

As the weeks unfold we shall slide far from where you currently are to where you’d like to be.

This is precisely why I wrote this book several years ago. Although back then I had much to share on clearing stress for good. Since then, my entire process, overstanding and personal results have ballooned. There is much to add to the course since it was written originally in 2013. This was just before the book was published.

You may purchase the entire book if you like to move ahead in the course. Just be mindful that my writing and comprehension of everything is much improved since the days when I was just starting off as a younger writer trying to put my ideas out there in interesting ways. In other words, while I was putting some of my eccentric ideas out there it felt like I was shooting arrows in the dark!

Yikes, Eventually I published the book. You’re reading the book now. However when I wrote it. I was having so many digestive issues that I had a bit of a short attention span. I wasn’t feeling healthy even though I was eating healthy. That didn’t make sense so I did what I felt I could.

It’s been said that your head and stomach are both central brains. This eventually made sense. I was so foggy brained while I wrote the drafts of the book. There was something in me that kept me pushing on anyway.

I took my Shitty writing then made it work. I was destined to write about stress. I had too many seeming experiences with stress in my life to not go there.  Currently, I dig where I am. I have grown lots.

So, now I have more insights to add to this updated version of the book. Let me tell you a secret though-It’s my total desire to Not have so many typos in this updated version of the book. The first book has some typos. I had an editor on my team too. all is in divine order, I am not only grateful for the experience. I’m glad it’s done too.


Moving on from that. Because, this eBook is designed to show you how to deal with all of these seeming stressful situations to help shift your life to one which is more relaxed, easy and highly in sync with where you want to be. In order to accomplish this task, you would want to have some paper, a notebook or a journal or a diary so you can follow along. 

Journaling, repetition, changing a mindset or resetting a program that you could want to turn around can be amazing. I believe in you! I know You will kick away stress.
