1) Introduction — What is Intuition?
Intuition is the ability to acquire knowledge without inference or the use of reason.
It has been described as a process of perceiving and understanding that does not involve conscious reasoning, and it is also often described as a feeling or hunch which comes from God, The Universe, The divine power in all that is, or The Force or The Everlasting Power- How ever you call the all IN all.
Intuition plays an important role in human cognition and decision-making, in addition, intuition can be studied and applied in nature plus in animals, too.
Typically intuitive decisions are made quickly with less time for deliberation and rationalization. With using intuition, several of the details are taken care of and magically incorporated while also being considered. It takes trust to do this.
2) Make Creating In The Kitchen Tastier By Using Your Intuition When Cooking
I have 3 confessions to make. Hint: My confession is a large part of the title of this article. Here it is… I have been using my intuition or senses to bake and cook for a long time. The results of my goodies and meals have been gourmet, to say the least.
As much as would like to take the entire bulk of the credit for this, it’s not just me doing the creating. The reason I know this is because I have totally set the intention before creating in the kitchen to receive help from my intuition.
Each time I’ve made something, the process of cooking has worked easier & it’s worked better than even the time before I cooked anything in my kitchen. Details & resources come. Things such as measurements magically come together without much effort.
For instance, At times I’ll make a smoothie; I then put my ingredients into the blender then when I pour my shake into a cup I choose- Whatever the liquids are, when I pour the mixture it automatically fits into the cup that I was guided to grab and use initially.
And this has happened countless times. So many that I know it’s my ESP psychic power, spidey sense, guidance from the ALL CONSCIENCE FIELD OF ALL LIFE, or a combo of each of these.
3) It’s About Time I /We Get Into This:
That being said, I have been feeling compelled to share this topic for some time. My other confession is that I actually already talked about this topic in my voice memos + also in my journal. I feel as if there is some group of people already doing this out there plus benefitting.
Also, I was considering how there has to be someone who has been wondering if they were able to do intuitive cooking and how to use the skill daily in a practical way. Or there is probably someone out here who can use this information in a great way to aid themselves with their own kitchen process.
First off, you can use these tips in several areas of your life. Some of us are good at doing things in other ways that others aren’t and this includes me too. Fortunately, I have a helper in spirit who has certainly helped me to get things done with confidence in the kitchen, this energy has helped to save me time, clean up faster, plan, execute, get started, put together healthier foods, make tastier meals and baked stuff too!
4) The inspiration for writing this article
Honestly came from finishing these nutty butter cookies I made today. See the picture above for proof. Now, I’ve got to tell you that before I started making the cookies today;
I felt as if I wanted to make a little something that was tasty, a bit sweet, plus super healthy for me.
Suddenly it occurred to me that I currently had the ingredients in my kitchen for some home-baked healthy soft nutty melty chocolaty, low-sugar goodies.
How would I start it, I thought about it as I made my first cup of lemon water for the day. Once my tummy was prepared to digest the food… Next, I could plan for a treat later in the evening if I wanted to.
At the same time, I took a walk into my bedroom to lay my hands on my multifunctional writing journal. Inside this journal, I have all kinds of lists. One of the lists I was going to reference was my healthy cookies page to see if I already had a previous recipe that I could use to make the cookies I was visualizing making.
