5) The Cookies Were Put Together

I set an intention to make cookies & collaborate with my inner being. Intuition is a powerful tool that we all have but often have no idea of, ignore, or neglect. It can be used to create a tasty meal with ease.

That’s what we shall explore together in this article. I’m going to discuss with you how I do it! I like to document, capture or record my experience in a journal, on occasion I do this via audio recording as well.

This brings me to my journal. Alrighty, so, when I opened my journal there were some smart recipes from cookies I had made before…They were what I had the taste for or I was missing some of the ingredients from those earlier cookie recipes. That was alright. I knew I had what I needed to make a batch because my intuition was nudging me all day about it.

That’s when I began to imagine. I reminisced that I only had enough ingredients to make a decent-sized batch of some type of low-carbohydrate dessert. Following that, I made the cookies with my imagination. I had vegan ingredients, vegetarian, keto, and low carb.

Whichever I had a taste for I could make a move on it. I consulted my inner voice, higher self, inner being, and SOURCE on what my next best steps were going to be to get things started.

I got quiet while standing in the middle of the kitchen. I opened the cabinet to collect my resources with heightened guidance. I let my person be moved while feeling inspired as I…

6) Grab all supplies needed:

-My journal & a pen to write my recipe in it

-Parchment paper

-A glass baking dish

-A cookie scooper

-A spatula

-A bowl to mix

-A bowl to store the cookies in

-A 350-degree preheated oven

-An 11-minute timer is set for after the oven is preheated and everything is scooped and then added to the pan topped with parchment paper.

An oven mitt

7) Here are the cookie ingredients I was guided to grab and mix together:

-¼ cup Coconut flour

-¼ cup Almond flour

-1/8 tsp Celtic sea salt

-4 Tbs Coconut sugar

-3 Tbs Unsweetened fresh ground peanut butter

-½ cup Double dark chocolate chips

-¼ tsp Baking soda

-¼ tsp Baking powder

-1/8 tsp Vanilla extract

-1 Tbs Coconut milk (from a can)

-An egg (real)

-2 Tbs melted Butter

-1 Tbs Egg replacer powder

8) It was easy to take action because there was no resistance

This is a perk of using intuition. For some reason, things are easier! This is key once I received my insight then my inner wisdom confirmed that I was ready to make my batch. I thought about how I certainly had a way to make some type of dessert.

I was pleased that I had stopped eating as many sweets as I used to when I was younger. That shift into eating low-carb has been a blessing to my life and vitality.

As the day unfolded, I relished the thought of my coming opportunity to bake. I love cooking. Always have, since my mother taught me the safety, preparation skills, and details of cooking when I was a preteen. What a blessing that has been, I’m grateful. Alright, let us now get back to discussing Intuition.

9) The first step to identifying the dominant flavors of a dish you have in mind for this, use your senses.

1. Use Taste: The best way to identify the dominant flavors of a dish is by tasting it and identifying what spices or ingredients are used in the dish. This can be done by making sure you taste each flavor separately, or by mixing all of them together until they are indistinguishable.

2. Use Smell: The second way to identify the dominant flavors of a dish is by smelling it and identifying what spices or ingredients are used in the dish. This can be done by making sure you smell each flavor separately, or by mixing all of them together until they are indistinguishable.

3. Use Sight: The third way to identify the dominant flavors of a dish is through sight, which means looking at the dish. This gives you a visual representation of the dominant flavors in the dish, as well as what textures are used in the dish.

10) Consider what you’re using in the dish and what Spices might be adding to the flavor as well as subtracting from it.

Many people have a misconception that salt is the only thing that adds flavor to their dishes. There are many ingredients and spices that can be used to make a dish taste amazing.

Some of the most common ingredients and spices include salt, pepper, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, parsley, thyme, paprika, and cayenne pepper. These ingredients can be mixed together or used separately to make an amazing dish.

11) Think about where the dish was grown or raised and how that might affect flavor.

Locally sourced food is becoming more popular as people are becoming more aware of the environmental and health benefits.

Organic food is a type of food that has been grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or other chemicals. Organic foods are often healthier because they have not been exposed to any harmful substances in their growth process.

Local produce is grown within a relatively close geographic region, usually within 100 miles of where it’s sold. This ensures that it’s fresher and tastes better than produce that has been shipped long distances.

12) Keep in mind that there are over 10 million taste buds on your tongue! Be sure not to neglect them by staying away from too much spicy, bitter, sweet, or salty food.

Taste buds are located on the tongue and they are responsible for detecting the five basic tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami.

umami (oo͞-mä′mē) noun: A taste sensation produced by the presence of glutamates and nucleotides and associated with meats and other high-protein foods. It is sometimes considered to be a fifth basic taste along with the tastes of sweet, sour, salty, and bitter.

The tongue is made up of 10 million taste buds. These taste buds help us detect the five basic tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami.

13) Give yourself a break from time-consuming recipes

  • by cooking simple meals that require minimal preparation. With a little bit of planning, you can have delicious and nutritious meals prepared in minutes.
  • Get into the habit of preparing a few simple ingredients at the start of the week so that you can whip up any meal in just a few minutes.
  • You may want to keep your pantry stocked with items that are easy to cook and require minimal preparation such as canned beans, canned tomato, pasta sauce, cereal bars, and granola bars. This way when you are feeling hungry or in need of a quick snack, you will have something to eat on hand!
  • Invest in some simple containers or Tupperware to store your ingredients in. This will make it easier for you to cook and clean up after.
  • Keep your pantry stocked with items that are easy to cook or prepare and require minimal preparation such as canned beans, canned tomatoes, frozen vegetables, pasta sauce, rice and beans, quinoa, and instant oatmeal packets if you desire.

14) Stay hydrated!

Staying hydrated is one of the most important things you can do to maintain your health and well-being. The easiest way to do this is by keeping a water bottle with you at all times and drinking at least 2 liters of water per day.

15) Choose a smart option for you if you have a sweet tooth

If you’re craving a sweet treat, attempt to indulge in some fruit instead of candy or cookies first. Stay away from overly sugary and mega-processed foods.
